What We're Doing to Keep You Safe

The ATEC team are excited to be returning to live events. They will look and feel a little different as we have put in place measures and guidelines to provide high levels of hygiene and safety in accordance with official government guidance for England.

Below we outline the measures we have put in place to meet those safety guidelines to help protect delegates, presenters and staff at the event venue.

We will continue to monitor and update our safety protocols and procedures in line with government requirements and best practice.

If you have any questions, our team is always here to help – you can reach out to them directly by emailing info@ateconference.com

Before The Event

  • Track and trace details will be requested for all attendees and submitted to the venue in line with the latest government advice.
  • All event paperwork will be printed and collated 72 hours before the event and then handled using gloves on the day.
  • Please do not attend the event if you are displaying any of the COVID-19 symptoms
  • Cleaning schedules and hygiene checks at the venues will be increased both before, during and after each event.
  • Staff will take a lateral flow test before the event.

On The Day

  • Hand sanitising stations will be provided throughout the event.
  • Covid safe catering - One way systems will help manage the flow of people and social distancing. Hand sanitiser will be provided.
  • Face Coverings - It is no longer mandatory to wear face coverings, however, we do encourage you to wear a face covering in crowded areas, when using the lift or the toilets or while in close proximity to other people. ATEC staff will wear face masks when registering delegates on arrival and in seminars and during refreshment breaks.
  • Social Distancing - Please remember to respect the space of others and, if possible, avoid handshaking or hugs - consider an elbow bump instead. There will be markers on the floor to help manage social distancing at registration and when visiting exhibition stands. Seating will be spaced.
  • Event signage will be prominently displayed around the event as a reminder of social distancing, visitor flow and personal hygiene.

After The Event

  • Presenters will receive delegate feedback and get in touch as requested.
